Hello everyone,
can somebady please resolve my doubts?
My working holiday visa expired in december, but i sent an application for work permit in ALberta, Vegreville office (to change the conditions). Now if they don't answer me in time (31 december) is true that i can stay and continue to work?
If it's true how can my employer does the deduction on my payment?
My employer can refuse to let me work?
Please help me, i don't want do bad steps!!!

if you have applied for an extension and your current visa has expired, your "current" visa stays valid until you get reply from CIC. I would suggest you to call CIC for confirmation
