I graduated with a Bachelor of Science(Honours) some time ago from a Canadian University(York U), and I have received a 4-year Open Work Permit recently. My cousin has a company, and he is offering me a full-time position. The position in question is classified as Skilled Type B in the NOC.

However, I have the following concerns:
Can you work for your family in Canada?
If I work for a year at the above position(considered Skilled), with my cousin as my boss, can I go through the Skilled Worker Application for PR without any difficulties(or concerns that it is my family member who is hiring me)?
