I recently applied for PR Card Renewal with all supporting documents.
CPC has trasnferred the application to local CIC office.

They say it takes 9 - 18 months to process even though it was requested to be processed urgently.

Any ideas what happens next.

What documents do they ask for?

What i dont understand is if they have a procesdure for urgent processing regardless of any doubts  they might have or even the outcome of the application, why such a long delay.  I would rather they deny the application why keep me in a limbo for so long.

notice letter
offer letter
pay stub
certificate of training
etc
