Working as a Therapist in Nova Scotia

My daughter,her husband and baby will be joining us after we have moved to Nova Scotia in the next year or two. My son-in-law is a Cognitive Behavioural therapist and a Hypnotherapist, and is well qualified in both areas. Does anyone have similar experience who is working in Canada. We are not sure exactly what qualifications he needs to set up a practice ion Nova Scotia. Any informatioon will be gratefully received. Thanks
