Work / Visit Visa for Spouse

Hi,

I am a PR from India. Can I apply for work visa for my spouse once she is here on a visitor visa.

If I can apply for a work visa, then do i need a sponsor ?? and how to proceed / apply?.

Hi there

The best way you can sponsor your wife to come to canada as Immigrant then she will be allowed to work any where, but if she is now with you and you wanna apply for work for here then, you have to check the web site www.cic.gc.com and go to section change conditions from visitor to worker and then you need Labour Market opinion, but I advise you to call CIC and check maybe they dont need in your case labour Market opinion.
