If I decide to go to school in Canada, can I convert student visa to working visa after a couple months of studying there in order to find a job in Canada?  Also, I wonder if I can convert the student visa to working visa in the case that I get a job offered there.  Thank you very much.

Only if you get a positive LMO then you can apply for a change of status to Vegreville.
