Work permit related question: urgent question

I am a M.Sc student.
I can complete my course in 1 academic year, If I take more classes.

Now my question is after 1 year, How many years of work permit I will get. 1 year based on length of study or 3 years based on length of my course.

Hi,

1. In both situation, you will get a PGWP based on the total number of 'credit hours' you have taken/finished in studies. You can get a 3 year PGWP, if your total credit hours are equal to a 3 year PGWP (even if you complete your course in 1 year).
