Work permit questions......kindly help

hi everyone

im from india , coming to vancouver to attend vancouver film school for a 2 yr program................since VFS is part of the pilot program for private post secondary institutions i have a few questions......

the pilot program runs from jan 31 2011 to jan 31 2013

i will be attending two 1 year courses at VFS, the first course starts on oct 2011 and ends oct 2012 , the second course starts on oct 2013 and ends on oct2014...........since the pilot program expires on jan 2013 ........so i was wondering if both my programs will come under the pilot program .......how long a work permit can i expect under my conditions ? kindly help  me out people ....thank you in advance
