work permit questions

Hi all,

I have filed work permit at London CHC and waiting since 3 weeks.
1) can you share that generally who will be notified first? representative or applicant?
2) I have submitted prepaid postal cover, do they use fedex only or will use my cover?

they will first contact ur rep if he is in good standing .
they may use ur pre-paid envelope , they dont use fedex .
