I recently got married and have applied for PR status.  They tell me that they won't look at my application until about march.  In the mean time I was offered a job in the field I have experience in (property management) and am certified (in california).  My certification is not recognized here so currently I'm getting re-certified for BC.  Will this affect the Market Opinion from HRSDC or my chances of getting a temporary visa?
Any help would be much appreciated.

If the job offer requires BC certification and you don't have it, then it will most likely not be approved.
