Please help me,

I am in Canada second time, I am working on cash basis with the same employer (I worked during my first visit with). He is satisfied with my job, and want to sponser me, He says he will provide me Job Offer and will apply for LMO.

Now question is - What should I apply for ?? Work Permit or Permanent Residence.

I checked with CIC website and I score 73, Even I checked Basic proficiancy in Read, write, listen the first language and No proficiancy in Second Language. The result is - YOu can apply for - Skilled Worker (PR) or Temporary Worker (Work Permit)

I am in confusion, If any of those can be done here in Canada, thats good.
If I have to go back to my country so what should choose.

Please help, Any answer will be highly appreciated.

1.  So in other words you are working illegally in Canada.
2.  The employer would have to obtain an approved Employment Option from HRSDC will take about 6-8 months.
3.  You have to apply overseas to CIO Sydney and if approved, the application would be processed in the office responsible for your home country.
