Work permit for a montessori teacher

I am from india on a visitor visa and looking for an employer who can sponsor me for a child care teacher.

What is the chance of getting positive LMO and after getting positive LMO what is the chance of getting TWP visa.

Please any body can help me.

I'm guessing - but I think it will likely be challenging to obtain an approved LMO for a teaching position since it will be difficult to prove that a Canadian citizen or Canadian PR couldn't be found to fill the role.
