Work Permit Extension : Job Title Changed

Hello,

I am having valid work permit since 2 years as Software Products Developer and it is expiring on Jan 2012.

My Employer has started the process of LMO now and then work permit extension once I receive positive LMO.
During this year of my work permit, I got promoted as Manager and my employer has started processing LMO under this title "Manager".

I would like to know , does this cause any issues/problems for work permit extension if job title changed from the original job title of existing work permit.
