If your TRV has expired, you need to get it extended. If its within 90 days, you can apply for restoration. If your TRV has expired, you maybe under the risk of exclusion orders. So, do it now!

If your WP and TRV are expired, apply for a restoration of status if still within 90 days otherwise if more than 90 days has elapsed since TRV/WP expired you may have to leave Canada and wait out the processing of your contract/LMO outside Canada.
