I sent my documents today.
My company arranged canadian lawyers and they told me no need of Pcc. So let see what happens.
LMO and job offer. 20th Jun.
Application filed. 4th July.

   But some people here got processed in a month time
Last month a frnd of my coworker got the visa with work permit in 3 weeks time

I do not know what it takes a long time like this with me?!! It is already more than 6 weeks!!

I do not know whether I should send an email to ask about the progress or not? It is written on the website of the canadian embassy that they will not reply any inquiries on any application which is still within the 1-6 months processing time??!!

I understood from some friends in Canada that this delay in the application process means that it will be rejected and that the VO is collecting a justification for the rejection so can you please advise me which action is better:

1) To write to the Canadian embassy requesting to withdraw my original passport because in any case it will not make any difference whether they have with them or not, 90% the application will be rejected and even in case 10% it will be OK they can send me any email requesting the original passport

OR

2) My company in Canada to send a FAX, with my details and Aramex airway bill number, to the immigration department of the Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi to inquire about the status of my application and to expedite and to explain that they need me to join in Canada as soon as possible because they have a high overload of work and need engineers to join quickly.

Which option is better?

No karan I was referring to your earlier post where u said that few people got processed within a month time.
I am hoping that it will not take much time.
Waiting for someone to say that he got processed in a month time. It will be great relief.
We are all waiting anxiously for the good day.
Plz keep posting time lines if anyone of you receive any update

What is ur occupation?
What is ur NOC?
Some occupation like pilot project dosen need formal education certificate
If it is not you must get it done

I have my educational cert. Attested already. How about my employment certificate,, do I need to ntorize it, if yes where? Im currently in Dubai.
