Hi Friends,

I am currently working in downtown toronto. I am going to my country for 3 week. I have a work permit that expires on 1st week of November and I do have a visa till the date of work permit which is till 1st of November. My work permit is in the process of renewal through LMO basic from my company. So, my concern is, Will it be issue while I come back from my country as I will have visa and work permit valid just for 2 week while I will be entering canada.

1. Will I be stop in the port of entry in canada by the autority?
2. Will I be stop by the airlines on my way to the canada just because I have the visa valid just for 2 weeks and have a valid work permit only for 2 week.

Please please help me....I am so much in tension.....as I have to go back to my country for some emergency situation.

Looking forward to hear from someone who knows this situation.

Regards,
chintu..
