work experience....PPM and seniors please help

hello

1)will a gap in between work experience be an issue?
2)my reference letter include my job title but not duties?will this be fine if i include other supporting documents such as copies of work contract,work permit,record of employment?all this state my job title
note im working in canada under a work permit approved by a positive LMO.
