Work Experience under SCHEDULE 3

Hello,

Guys, I need your help again, regarding on how to put my work experience details. Below is my work experience:
Aug 2002 -until Nov 2004 -> Worked as a nurse
Dec 2004 - April 2005  -> Unemployed
May 2005 to present -> Working again as a nurse.

My question is: do I need to put it separately in the "11. Work Experience"  even though I worked under the same NOC but different time period?
Or should I put it as one entry only, that means starting from Aug 2002 up to present - worked as a nurse. Will the Immigration people question about the break in-between (when I was 5 months unemployed)?

Yes separately:

May 2005 - Sep 2009 -> nurse
Aug 2002 - Nov 2004 -> nurse
