If you applied through an agent will you have to make your appeal through him/her?  Will you have to send in a form to remove your representative so that CIO will correspond directly with you?

I agree with pippin.Since you used an agent, any communication with CIC must be made by your agent, otherwise they might not respond.

Under which NOC did you apply?

Hi everybody,
A decision has been made; the officer refused my application saying that I don't have the required experience while I have more than 12 years of experience in the Civil Engineering field all descried and schedule 3 of the application and supported by reference letters from my employers, the consultant, who has more than 20 years experience, very confident that y experience meeting the requirements...please advise what to do? How can we change this decision positively??
