Kindly assist me please.

My sister is a Computer Engineer and she applied under NOC 213. sHE'S A NETWORK ADMIN  in a bank an Asst Mgr. She has been working for the past 8 years with her work experienece correspond with the NOC published under CIC
She applied and got her 1st AOR in Oct 2010. she's a pre june 2010 applicant.
She uses a lawyer.
Question

1. Did she qualify to earn 21 points for work experience...please note that the lawyer said she will qualify for only 12 points since she was just promoted as Assistant Manager 2yrs ago. however, in my own opinion I think the status does not matter but the job you do.

2. She got IELTS 9points L-5, R- 6, W -6, S-7 = 6.0band Msc (Comp.Eng), spouce (BSc), within age 1-40yrs............I have calculated 69 points Kindly correct me.

3. Can she send the result of her IELTS straight to CHC since  she just got the result after she has send all other documents to CHC? Keep in mind that she used a lawyer; would they accept anything from her?

it is 17 points for 2 years of experience not 12
based on your posting  i think your sister will get 21 points

Hi Right,

As she has processed the case thru consultant/lawyer, she need to send it thru consultant.

Secondly, seeing the IELTS score of 9 point / 16 points may be questionable by VO.

As for as i know all the correspondence between you and  cic must be through your representative
 Inform your representative about your experience points.
 If  you want to send on your own cancel your representative
 Thats very easy just fill one form and cancel him
 I seriously doubt his credibility.
In my opinion you just dont need any representative at all
This whole immigration process is simple and straight forward.
 I suggest you to get opinion from qorax who is helping every one in this forum.
