VO should consider your app even if your education is not in same field as your job. It is more dependent on your job duties mentioned in reference letter from employer

What about work experience in electrician?
I have degree in accounting and and 1 year of work experience as an electrician. Would it be a problem to apply under FSW while I score enough points?

There's a good chance you won't qualify. Per HRSDC: "Completion of a four- to five-year apprenticeship program is usually required."
