I have worked for half a dozen companies in the last ten years (some contracting for a year or less)....

Do I really have to contact them all and track down my supervisor to get an official letter (with salary and benefits) etc etc ????

And get copies of the contracts ? (which I do not seem to have :-(  )
Thanks.

Well, If you don't need points under work experience factor, there is no need to get letters etc, But of course , you need to get one Letter which your NOC falls under new 38 list and it was one year at least long within previous 10 years in order to be eligible as FSW.  You have to fill out all history where you have been working, include all of those companies etc  in "Background Deceleration".
