Hi Qorax / Experts / Seniors.

I have definitely benefited by this forum and have arrived at a decision for immigration to Canada. However I have a problem at hand.

I have worked 3 years in UAE ( 2004-2007) and am currently in India. I have only a simple experience certificate mentioning the designation and Period on their Letter head with Personal Managers Signature. Will this be sufficient for submission to CIC? It would be a difficult and lengthy process to get Experience certificates as mentioned on CIC website, any other alternatives/solution for this?

I have supporting payslips also.

Please Guide... await your valuable feedback

Thanks

Your experience certificate should clearly explain the Duties that you have performed. So that they can be compared to the NOC against which you are applying for.

Second is proof of being paid for that job. A letter from your boss/company or Payslips, Bank statement showing salary etc can help.

Anyways, you cannot skip the Experience letter part, as you need one that gives detail of your duties etc.

VO needs to verify the claim that you are making regarding the NOC Code. Without the Job duties on experience letter, your application stands very thin chances of approval

Hello to all,

I am new in this forum.   My situation is similar to that of Endurance.  Is a mere designation that you have performed some duties of the occupation you are applying for would be considered?  I do a lot of multi-tasking in my present job.  One of which is related to that of 1233 NOC.  Would I qualify in the NOC 1233 although I did that function together with other functions?  I have a designation to perform that which is related to 1233 NOC.  I do multiple functions in my present occupation.  Thanks a lot for any feedback.
