Hi All,

I am very new here and would like to ask you opinion about my work experience. During my undergraduate studies I have worked as a student at the University Network department for 2 years. Then I worked as a research and teaching assistant for couple of semesters and I was getting paid by the university financial office and this was not in USA.

I had a summer internship in a company for 3 months and another training for 3 months in a different company before coming for my graduate studies. I received my Master in Engineering and during my graduate studies I worked as a teaching/research assistant for 2 years

I would like to know which work experience will be counted towards the immigration points and which ones will not. Will it be considered as part time. I read somewhere that work experience should be continous??? Like in my example I was in one semester as a research next as a teaching assistanship, then summer I did internship. So what do they mean being continuous??

Also I took some basic french classes like 101 and 102, will this be counted towards my benefit??

thank you for your responses,
