I m writing in a frustrated & critical situation.
My query is i have total 3 yrs & 8 months experience . I m pretty sure that i will get 4 points X 3 yrs i.e. 12 points for my work experience.I referred Manitoba pdf (The path to download application kit is:

Factor 3:Work experience ( refce page no.13)
Six Months(uninterrupated full time employment)----2 points
Four points for each year of full time employment to a maximum of four years(or 16 points)---- 4 per year.
that may states that I have total 3 years & 8 months experience then i may get 12 points for completed 3 yrs plus 2 points for 8 months experience(as it is more that six onths experience so i can claim for 2 points). so toal my work experience points would be 12+2= 14 points
I m writing because may be interpreting wrong so i need your clarification. Pls refer Application pdf (having total 54 pages) & Page no.13 is that is for Factor 3 Work experience table & guide me .
