Gurina tell me to my question
My wife application kit,was forwarded by Mississaga CPC to Visa Office/Moscow/.  Will that kit be available on ADR hearing?. Why do I ask? Some original dokuments:letters, western union receipts and photos I didn't do photocopies.

Skifiron, you need to send in the application for appeal asap, then they will return a copy of everything they have from you within 120 days.  It will have the notes from the Immigration Officer as to why the application was refused.  You will then have an ADR set which is usually 4 to 5 months after you receive the copy of your file.

I have my ADR set for March 19 we were refused on May 23 08

Wishing you all the best

Hello guys,

Just to let you know that I got my ADR result(Notice of decision) in the mail yesterday. One was sent to me, a copy to my lawyer and a copy to the IAD. Well usually we can never tell when they (IAD) do get this letter and when they will actually work on it. Therefore, my Lawyer faxed the same copy along with a very lovely letter to the IAD office  so that they would continue processing my husband s visa.

I will give them a few days, then I (Curina) will be following up via fax and email daily.

Will keep you posted.
