Withdrwa after Judge hearing

My wife had hearing with the citizinship judge, then the judge gave her a list of more documents to provide, since we are not able to find or get this documents we are prfering to withdrew the application.
Is the withdrawal possible at this point?
Shall we mention the resone for withdraw?
Any undesirable consequences?
