Dear All,

I need Experts advice whether to withdraw application or take a chance...

I have applied in the month of April at NS and got approval on 4th june 2010.

My 120 days are about to over by next month - 4th october.

My total points remain 65 after 03 attempts of IELTS and have no more scope for IELTS date.

Request you to help me with your valuable inputs

regards
Ajaz

less than 67 they are going to reject the application. You can withdraw and will get refund of fee paid. Later on when you have 67/100 or more you can apply again ( if your NOC is in occupation list).

Since your NOC is no more in the list, you should better not withdraw.
My suggestion:
 - Register for the closest IELTS examination date.

 - Send your file with the best IELTS result that you have.
(Write a cover-letter on that since you understand that the enclosed IELTS result is not sufficient enough to help with the required points, you have already registered yourself for an IELTS re-exam. And mention that the copy of next new IELTS exam date is enclosed as a proof of the same)

 - Try really hard to get the required marks (or more) in IELTS.

When your application reaches, they normally do not start processing the same right away.
But even if they do, they might understand that you are giving IELTS a re-try.
And if they don't, even better for you. By the time they process your case, you would have sent the new IELTS results!!
Good Luck!!

Dear magar,
If you are on the same boat, my advice is exactly the same for you.
Good that you have already registered for new IELTS exam. Work very hard as it most certain is your last chance.

DOn't worry about when they will start processing your file. Focus on IELTS, get best marks & succeed your application.
Good Luck!!
