1. Please, what is the procedure for withdrawing FSW application at Accra Visa office?

2. If my application has been 'in process' since January 2007, will I be refunded my processing fees?

Write a letter requesting to withdraw your application.  If you have not received an Initial Assessment, then the fees should be refunded.
