Guys

Pls let me knoe for the following:

01. Will my withdrawing the consultant's representation in any way affect the timeline of my processing?

02. Can consultant in any way jeopardize with the processing of my application since agency has my Client ID and application number

03. How can i carry out the process.

04. I am going for medicals soon by God's Grace and letter from embassy has asked me an Indian mailing address. My consultant wants me to give his address but i wanted to give mine.

Pls throw some light on these.......

The same form that you used to give Authority to your agent, can be used to cut him off. Check the form on Skilled worker Application Package page.
 
It shouldnt have any effect on your application. Though if agent has been helpfull, make good with him, if a prik, then kik his ass outta the window.

Hi, you would need to fill up and send this form to cancel your representative:

Now to answer your questions:

1. No, it should not have any adverse effect on the processing of your case as you are not adding any new information that needs to be verified.

2. once you cancel your representative he can in no way influence your application. Remember, you are the applicant and that is all that matters to the VO.

3. Fill in the form I have pasted above and send it to the VO.

4. You can send them an address update with the rep cancellation form so they know where they can contact you. Also include your phone number.

Can i send this form alongwith my passports to VO

The request letter has asked me for an Indian mailing address which i am providing in the covering letter.........

The instruction guide on the internet says that form needs to be sent to office where you submitted your original application......

pls advise where to send the form

use the representation cancellation form & then intimate VO. & when NDVO will request for the PP then send the same.
