withdraw the application

Hi my story began in 12/2005 when I applied for permanent residency in Canada from Canadian embassy in Syria through the agency , I have Iraqi nationality and in 2008 I traveled to UK to settle and I have go British nationality couple months ago , today when I have checked my previous emailaddress I surprised that application transferred to warslow in Poland and the dead line to send up to date documents is 20 December 2010 , the lawyer sent the email from canidianembassy to my old email address while I gavehim the new one , and I found when I read the email that I have the right withdraw my application and need to contact Canadian embassy in warslow , my question is can I withdraw the application for refund ? Even after the dead date to submit all document which was 20 December 2010 ? And do you have the link for that ? I applied long time ago and they should take that into consideration . thanks a lot
