hey guys
i have applied for PR as skilled worker in oct 2009; got AOR in January 5th, 2010; sent documents at buffalo april 2010
due to important changes in my life, i have to withdraw my petition
1. is there any specific procedure that i need to follow? or a simple letter will do?
2. will the application fees be refunded?
