Hi
I would like to know whether the fees paid for my applications will be refunded, If I withdraw my application now. I submitted the original documents May 2010 and original application was lodged in London VO in December 2009. Current status is RBVO.

Chances of a Refund are very rare at this stage as its been quite a while since you submitted your application..

The easiest way to know is to send them case specific enquiry. They will reply you with standard response of .... two years or more and at the end they add one line of .... if you wish to withdraw your application....... . So if they include this in your response then it will be clear to you.
