Hi Friends!

I am new to this forum. My ex-husband applied as principal applicant and added me and our son as dependent in his application but recently we got divorced and i dont want to continue imigration with him.can anyone guide me how to withdraw my and my son's name from the application?and how long will it take to get the notification of withdrawl if currently online status is "in Process" ?

Thanks v much uccemebug.but i am still looking for thorough guidance bcz i am not aware of the system of cic and my ex had been doing all documentation. i hv the file number only.
Is anyone out there to give me more information plz. the delay will make the case complicated i feel because its already been one year now.
