If a person withdraws there refrugee claim and they leave Canada on there own,can they return to Canada as a visitor later on. Or will they be denied entry back into the Canada?

If you withdraw your refugee claim first question would be why? Are you a legitimate refugee second question would be are you are legitimate visitor. In other words would you really be visiting Canada for the purpose of visiting and then go back to your country? Please explain why you are withdrawing your refugee claim
