-Which wireless internet service provider would be best and at a reasonable rate at Scarborough ,toronto?
- Is their any connection problem if we live at basement?

Hi Dr Hasib. Which Mobile phone provider are you using? I went with Mobilicity and the HTC Panache can be used as a wireless internet HotSpot. If you have the unlimited plan then it's already included.
