Just buy couple of coats from Chor bazaar so that you dont catch a cold by the time you get out of the airport and into your home. Buy all your winter clothing form here, the quality is much better.

You will find all price points for winter coats (and other clothing)...$25 to $800...depending on where you shop. My first winter I bought used clothes and coats at Value Village, Salvation Army and the like (and a pair of winter boots from Walmart) because I did not have any income and these places were affordable. Goodwill even has 1/2 price days. After a winter or two you will know enough to decide on which winter pieces are really worth investing your money.
