Any is good, but consider these factors prior.
Factor 1 - as per Winnipeg Airport, lowest temperature ever recorded was -45C (lowest average in Jan -42.2C)(average -22.8C)
Factor 2 - Winnipeg had the highest rate among centres with populations greater than 500,000 in Canada. The crime rate was 50% higher than that of Calgary, and more than double that of Toronto.

if u're thinking of yr relatives to migrate in future, then Winnipeg is good, they need just 55 points and yr relative or even a friend can get more points that u'r there, but u have to stay there till the end of the process. i was told u can get free education, but i would pick toronto

good luck,

Yes Winnipeg is good for that .... but if you are able to manage cold winter and high crime rate ....

If anyone once lives in Toronto, he/she wouldnt never want to leave it. Its so vibrant and Radiant !
I'd live in Halifax or small cities as there are less competition for jobs and good pay.
