Hi:

I am in the process of gathering my paperwork to apply under the skilled worker cat. NOC 6241 Chefs. My english scores will be out next week, after which I would like my packet to leave.
I have done research about denials under the skilled worker class, most denials have come because the experience letter did not portray the right words. Can someone guide me as to how the work reference letter and the employment contract has to be worded.
I have approached the Human Resources and my immediate manager for these letters, they are more than happy to help.

I dont want to do too much, it will look like an overkill, nor, do I want to have too less, the app. maybe rejected. Can someone educate me as to how much is needed and what is needed in these letters?

The letter have to be specific in describing your job duties. The duties must relate specifically to your job title it must be clear as possible to avoid confusion.

Thank you jo! I have been to Jamaica, used to be a sous chef on the cruise. Jerk Chicken and oxtail stew are my favorites.

Jo, besides elaborating the duties from the NOC in the letters, do I need to mention hours worked per week? All the jobs in my country - India are full time, its a miracle to work an exact 40 hours, I have been working more than that.

Anything else to be mentioned in the letter besides duties?

And finally, there is a space for photograph in one of those immigration forms, I forget which one it is. Do I need to stick a picture there.

USAIN BOLT OUR MAN! he loves curry chicken and cricket!
