I have been denied an extension to my application, but I am engaged to be married with my long-term boyfriend. I have chosen to go back to my country, because I will have no status soon. My question is, if I go back to my country, will I be able to get a visa to visit my fiance? I don't really have many ties in my country, which is why I think they'd deny me...is it true, though? I will have proof I didn't overstay and I will go for a visit with a roundtrip ticket.

Very likely they will deny a TRV.
