                   I am scared from the news that American kidnapped in Quetta,Pakistan , my home city my wife is American too and she traveled Pakistan in 2007 but i am thankful to Allah nothing wrong happen with us.

                    My wife is coming Pakistan in this March inshallah and if our application is is refused we are planing live in Pakistan(move any other country later) but news like this making me worry where i live there no security even for us what can i provide her than being her guard and sweet husband.

i wanted to ask in this whole Canada/ or world can anybody understand our situation and help us any possible way? or it will waste time just like PR application process which not only was time wasting but keep us away so long. is there any possible way to avoid scarifying our life for happy married life or we should go ahead start our life our way they do not care no matter how hard life we will have or what serious problem we can face?

smart_saqib143, there is nothing anyone here can do for you. Your application and the final decision regarding your file is in the hands of CIC and the processing Visa office.
 
CIC isn't concerned with how hard this is for you or for your wife, nor how the politics of your country work, nor that you potentially face serious problems. Their job is to decipher whether or not your relationship is genuine and whether or not they will grant you PR here in Canada. All you can do is wait and inform yourself on the appeal process if it comes down to that.

Yes our relationship is true nothing wrong about our relationship but sometimes they refuse and make us more and more wait i and my wife become tired of waiting so long and she wants to visit me no matter how much problems we face she says she loves me more than her life so she is not worried about her life but her girls not want to want to come Pakistan or let her here one week ago one American was kidnapped can Canadian immigration system see the serious problem we can face and problems they are not concerned at all ? that will be strange for me if something like this that can effect internationally we want to highlight this problem which we might face but we do not know where to go where to get help? can local MP has that much authority to help us? giving me visa will not effect any as i have no criminal background or nothing like this and our relationship is true i didn't apply for any other country's visa or Canada's immigration or refugee status all i want to go Canada to join my wife still will that be hard for them to give me visa than she travel to Pakistan with her young girl which is most dangerous for us?

I also live in Pakistan with my family. I see no danger for me or  to any of my family memeber. I do not think situation is so scarcy in Pakistan. It's all happening in only one part and not all over. Though I am also concerned about it but we can not discuss all in this forum. There are also good aspects as well which you should show to your family member. Some of my friends who has their family members in UK they used to live in summer here for 2-3months. They enjoy and go back.

oh dear, stop being all dramatic!!! pakistan is a HUGE country(compared to my country all countries are huge:P) you cant actually convince me or anyone here that the entire country is not safe!!
stop posting news about a canadian being kidnaped or an american being shot, this happens in all countries with all nationalites....try living in caracas and then come and tell me what u think of pakistan!

stop the drama, u love ur wife and she loves u,then there is sacrifices you both should do.. u cant? then reevaluate ur relation and see weither ur still willing to be 2gether or not.

the UN or any other organizations are too busy fighting aids and cholera ,trying to feed the hungry children in gaza and somalia...be gratefull that atleast u have a roof over ur head and u do not sleep with an empty stomach.

i asked for help but i feel most furqan and boujam and  try to make more problems than help,
Furqan don't try to hit me please you are a pakistani you should help pakistani for you one question i have do you know condition of Baluchistan? do you know condition of frontier two days ago in DG khan 50 people killed 50 injured today in Quetta 4 rockets fired and diffrent groups doing terrorism in balochistan and pakistan? every day bomb blast i not talking about myself i am in danger or not question is about my wife and our daughter(my step daughter).

tell me why no any country's team not coming Pakistan to play cricket?why all the western embassies sent back their kids and families their home country after Marriott blast?

further more this week in my home town american is kidnaped driver shot to the death.

let me tell you news of today polish citizen kidnapped by  militents is killed there are thousands of news if you will ask i will tell you furqan even you or your family cant live safely in Pakistan then how do you suggest my wife and her daughter to live in Pakistan when she is white American if my wife is kidnaped will you be responsible for that or boujasim? i know you will not be responsible it will effect our life.

this forum is to help each other every person of the world know everything about pakistan dont try to show up yourself with these words.

furqan and boujasim just like you will never travel to iraq or afghanistan americans will not travel to Pakistan, furqan you are pakistani you know Pakistan as i know, i love my land i love Balochistan's mountains more than Canada's huge building mega structures i am not going to show my country bad to the world to step into Canada, i love my land more than Canada i ready to die for it i want to die here and be buried here.

I want to go Canada for my wife and our children security can Canadian children adjust in this community what about their education what about language difference can my wife go to the market for shopping or i have to lock her in to protect her  and what about peaceful life i not want our married life end before it gets a real start anything can happen anywhere in Pakistan when she came first pakistan we went to the on guest house and owner of that guest house refuse to give us place in karachi he said she is an American i dont want any trouble in my guest house scared us and i hurry went to buy tickets for Quetta not stayed karachi at all.

boujasim as i saw your comments on forum you always criticize me sometimes you helped (thanks for that)  but i will still appriciate your participation and encourge it plz find the facts then comment on it no danger for you to travel Pakistan but white americans are red targets.

i am tired of canadian immigration process i wish i never need to travel Canada but i have to give up for the reason to join my wife and for her safety.

             That what my plan was to move in middle east at least we will get peace there and safe life but i am concern how to feed my wife and children i must have job there work permit visa is also required there that will not be easy thats why i still waiting to hear about what decision has been taken on my application it didn't reach to us yet i still pray for positive reply otherwise big problems will be created for us :(

look, u come into a forum thinking that people can actualy help u in anything, well they cant!!

i live in lebanon, my house was bombed in the july 2006 war, it was the very 1st building to be bombed and i was in!obviously the building didnt entirly collapse otherwise i wouldnt be here, but i dont complain because *censored word* happen,after getting out me and my family went to the city of jounieh and everything is safe there after the war ended we went back and started building our homes and all is perfect now, ive been to iraq,yemen and the palestenian refugee camps in leb,syria and jordan i go to caracas and its barrios and sao paulo, ive been in situations where i was shot at,a friend of mine was killed right next to me,my entire clothes stolen(not a nice scene:P) and ive even been kidnapped for 3 hours,street wars in lebanon(the last one was less than a year) and alot more...so plz dont come and complain coz iam not impressed..

pakistan is a huge country there must be a safe place! lebanon is a tiny country and during wars or civil unrest 90% of it is safe.. stop telling us who was kidnapped and who was shot,if u want i can list to u all our daily events here,instead you should look for a soultion for ur case dont expect sum1 over the interent could help u, no one can help u but urself, ur fellow citizen just said here that there is many safe places in pakistan why should we belive u and not him?

i dont know u and i have nothing against u as a person but stop impossing urself on ppl and going all dramatic, we all have problems we all are suffering in different ways and we all are managing and adapting.

and dude if ur wife is american, it takes her 2 months to get you into the US. go ahead and apply to the US.

              I hope you get your visa sooner and move to Safe country i really not know much about Lebanon but i remember a war happened israel attack on Lebanon sorry whatever happened with you.

              Remember everything is not darama just hope for the best. as well as USA is concerned i haven't even applied even for visiting visa yet i never think about going to USA my wife living in Canada and have house there where we will go in USA not have house no job there and that takes years too but yes my wife wants to go USA she loves California our options are limited mediate safe and good life we can have Canada at the moment.

           so guys my question was will MP hear all our this problems and help us or we wont get anything from MP too just go for appeal? this is my concerns still not get the decision yet:(

dont feel sorry for me, iam used to this and i actually like it:P iam lebanese its in our blood to live in a political and civil unrest,we actually have tons of jokes, and i personaly wudnt trade one sand dust from lebanon for the entire universe,but the reason we want to go to canada is because of our problems with her parents,she is christian and iam muslim and we married without her familys approval and belive me this could spark the next lebanese civil war:P

oh and yea i do belive ur mp can help, ours did help and continues to,he actually calls my wife and keeps he updated and follows up everything, but i think ur late, if a decision is made then there is little ur MP can do. anyways lets hope for the best ull get ur visa and will be great for u.
