Will my AEO be rejected?? PMM n seniors plz help!!!

Hi,
I ve recently applied with an AEO.My canadian employer s my real brother in Canada.He has offered me a job in his own company which he wants to expand with my help( n investment).My brother's business is a genuine one & s already paying a huge amount of taxes every year.I ve work experience of more than 5 yrs  working on the same position in a large company , which has been offered to me in my brother's company.I ve got a 2 yrs university diploma+12 yrs of completed full education(total 14 yrs of education) + many training certificates regarding the job offered to me.
My question s tht can CIC REJECT MY AEO ONLY BECOZ OF THE FACT THT MY EMPLOYER S MY REAL BROTHER???Are Family members allowed to send AEOs to their relatives.Seniors especially PMM plz help.

If it is genuine I can see no reason why CIC will reject your application. The watch word is genuine.

Thanks very much barsindo,got a sigh of relief.Actually some posts of different applicants about high rejection rate of AEOs  are making me tense.
Any other advice plz?
