Well I don't know if they have a common interface to share information. But the fact I know is that is doesn't affect your visa.A friend of mine applied for US 2 times and got refused in both the cases. After that he applied for Canada this Sept Intake and got his visa.So don't worry Smiley

Yes they share information.

Recently I saw one case of a girl on Facebook, she had 3 US rejects still she got the Canadian Visa.

Hi,

1. Yes, all major embassies share information/results, all they require is your Passport number to get it.

2. Refusal from US embassy shall not affect your case with Canadian embassy (still VO would love to know the reason behind your refusal).

No one can tell you that, you just have to apply and hope for the best, it totally depends on the immigration officer. You just have to convince him or her that you will come back to your country and will not stay in Canada and apply for PR.

You have to show them that after your studies are over you will be able to get a good job in your country in your field, that is what you have to prove to them, otherwise they will think you will stay in Canada.

Remember, money is just one aspect, there are people who have even a million dollars and get rejected.

The main thing is ties to your home country, you have to show them that you will be coming back.

hey Brinto Emana,

I am from Bangladesh too, and applying for the student visa (again) as well. You should better go to "Overseas Study Council Center". Its in Gulshan-2. They are one of the very good agencies for students of Bangladesh. I believe they can help you with your papers and pretty sure they will have a way for you.

Cheers and all the best  Smiley

Oh , I am sorry, I did not notice that you already have collected most of your documents.

As others suggested above, u have to make a strong statement of purpose, where you should strongly mention your tie with your country and family. Many people from here advised me the same, I am still working on my study plan.
I got refused few days back even having a strong file (except the result thing  Sad ) and the reason of rejection was Visa officer is not convinced that I will be back to my country after the completion of my course -______-
Anyways best of luck!

Hi,

Believe me only your  "proposed course selection in Canada + previous academics standing/grades" will make sure about your return to your country. You need to understand you are applying for a student visa, NOT for a visitor/immigration visa, so focus more on your academic strength.

I am sure SOP won't work in any case. You are free to write anything on a piece of paper, and at least the content of your SOP must get REFLECT in your course selection. Most of us use SOP more to "prove our stand", and less to supplement our study plan. It's useless if your sole purpose is to CONVINCE visa officer and to prove something which actually demands no attention. There is "no harm" in attaching your SOP but do NOT expect it to help you secure a visa.

To get a visa, focus more on your course selection which must be relevant to your prior work/study.
