HI
I  HAVE A PERMANENT RESIDENCY CARD. I HAD IT 2YRS BEFORE I MOVED TO THE UNITED STATES. I BEEN IN THE UNITED STATES FOR OVER 30 YRS NOW AND I WANT TO MOVE BACK TO CANADA. WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IS WOULD I HAVE TO START OVER  AND GET A NEW P.R CARD OR WILL I BE ABLE TO MOVE BACK TO CANADA WITH NO PROBLEMS.

30 years?  I wan't aware that they even had PR cards 30 years ago.  In any case, if you were outside Canada for more than 3 years in the last 5 year period, you have already lost your PR and need to apply again if you want to go back.
