Will i get the AEO Letter for the Occupation in Microbiologist

 i have a query that  i have already applied for the Federal Skilled worker Category under the NOC title 2121 Biologists and related Scientist but i received refusal on the gorunds of duties in my work experience  from CIO Itself. But yet i have been given a chance to apply thorough the AEO letter(Job arranged letter from HRSDC Canada).

I want to know that is that possible to obtain the AEO letter and find out eligible employer for Microbiologist profile as what i have confusion , that usually this all medical related cateogries need the license there , then will CIC consider my application if some employer is ready to assign me a job as a microbiologist.

Please help me out with the query as it's very urgent , before the rules change for PR i want to reapply my case again.

1.  First you have to find an employer that is willing to apply for AEO for you.  The AEO takes about 6 months to process.  Once you have the approved AEO then you can re-apply for Immigration.

But i am just worried as i have heard that license is required for this particular Microbiologist Category ....... then would it be possible that i will the AEO Letter.

As without any practicial working license if some employer will give me AEO Letter , then wil CIO proceed my file further and would grant me the visa.
