Dear All,

I can get the below points under SW category

1    Education                 25
2    Language Ability          16
3    Work Experience         21
4    Age                                10
5    Arranged Employment         0
6    Adaptability                      9
        Total Score               81

My question is that if I will get priority (for processing my application in first 1000) on the basis of higher marks than other applicants

Thanks for your views.

Hi,

The 1000 CAP is on the first come basis so if its not full your application will be accepted but it its already full then you will have to wait for the next yr. And priority is not given on the basis of points but if you have a job offer that might fast track your process.

Cheers

Will I get priority in first 1000 Huh??

NO

First Come First Serve

First 1000 Application will be accepted per NOC Code of 29 Category. If you want to be in among first 1000 applicant, apply soon before quote of 1000 finishes.

Candidate having Point 67 and Point 100, both are equal and eligible for further processing.

Point 67 or above does not mean that you will surely get Canada PR.

Dear Brijesh,

Yes, you are eligible for maximum points for education as you have completed more than 17 years of education with a master's degree.

My profile is also the same as yours i.e. 12+3, 2 years diploma and then 2 years MBA

Hope that clarifies.

Thanks

All applications are treated equally and no preference is given whatsoever.  If you have the 67 points and the rest of the papers in order,  you then qualify for processing whether you have 67 or 100 points it does not affect your application in any manner.  All applications are processed according to strict guidelines and no favoritism of any type is allowed.  In other words,  a cook with 67 points is processed in th same manner as a physician who has 100 points, no preference,  if you have what it takes you wil get the visa.
