we are trying for immigration to canada. i'm a post graduate in mathematics. i don't have a BEd degree. will i get a teaching position there? or will i need a BEd degree? will i get any other good jobs there? or will i get only positions related to what i studied?

A lot of people in the West don't actually work in jobs that relate directly to their degrees.

With a degree in Math, I would think you could work in finance, banking, management .. many areas, really.

For teaching, each province has its own requirements.  Here's a link..
