Hi there.

I am going to apply for immigration under NOC 7216, Federal Skilled Worker program. I don't know my exact points, because I haven't taken the IELTS test yet. But it could be around 65 points, which could be a little short.

I am thinking to tell about my Canadian Driver's License, which I got 4 years ago during my 1.5-year stay in Toronto for language study. That time, I got an A-Z license, which is for driving tractor-trailer, as you may know. I thought to get a job offer from one of many trucking companies by having an A-Z license. But I wasn't able to get one, so I had to get back to my country.

Should I tell my story above on my letter of intent during my immigration application? Will a Canadian Driver's License be an advantage or disadvantage on my application?

I am waiting for your valuable suggestions. Thank you in advance.
