Will Canada notify the United States that I am becoming a perm. resident

I am coming into Canada on a family sponsorship permanent resident status. I eventually want to become a citizen. I am fleeing an abusive ex-husband who will kill me  if he finds out where I am. When I fill out the application to be sponsored, will Canada tell the FBI in the U.S. that I am becoming a pr? I do not want him to be able to find me at all...

I ask this because I see that I have to get the FBI clearance.
