I didnt pay one of my credit cards on time and they put a charge on my UK home which Im trying to sell. Will this effect my PR application for skilled worker in Canada

Credit rating won't affect your PR in itself. However your proof of funds must be net of any debts, so you must have at least that net worth.

i.e. if you sold all your assets and paid off all your debts the amount you have left over is at least that in the positive.

As long as there is no legal case  so it is ok , becuase you normally has to submit the police report from UK
